Absolutely first rate work done efficiently and beautifully by a great team of professionals. I’m very particular and exacting (my daughter would say “a pain in the a**”), and wanted to be sure that my old pine floors were refinished properly, and met my expectations.

Since I had never used Golden Eagle before, I was nervous about hiring them, but my fears were allayed after I met Matt, and he explained exactly how they would do the work. He was true to his word – over a 3 day period, I watched as his team stripped the old finish, carefully sanded the floors to a smooth surface, sealed the them with 2 coats of sealer, then applied three coats of top finish to bring out the wood’s beauty, and protect them. The final result was utterly spectacular – I couldn’t be more pleased. Matt and his team are true professionals with a commitment to quality work, and I couldn’t recommend them more highly. Golden Eagle Flooring did a wonderful job refinishing our 200 year old floors. Most contractors we got quotes from did not want to refinish the painted wood floors on the 2nd level and Matt did not hesitate and they turned out great. He was very communicative and answered all of our questions and concerns throughout the process.

Very impressed with the service provided by Matt from Golden Eagle. They came in to refinish our red oak hardwood floors and did a good job. I was not impressed with the last coat after Matt finished the job so I called him the next day to express my dissatisfaction and he came back promptly the day after to apply one more coat. That is the kind of customer service you expect from top professionals. I am hard to please and wish he’d buffered more because I can see swirl marks at a few spots but that’s just me being picky. Because of his commitment to customer service, he has won me as a customer for life.
